The RPE Stable
In Your Dreams
2000 Paint QH 15.0H
Dreamer joined the family in 2006 and continues to serve as the respected queen of her herd. Bounced around from place to place before we brought her home, Dreamer was not one for going anywhere off-property. Now a reigning champion in the local jumper arena and consistently a barn favorite for many riders, Dreamer has developed into a confident competitor and a patient teacher.
She has competed and been actively involved in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Trails & Obstacles, Low Cross Country, Fox Hunting, Beach Riding, and more over the years with the opportunities that arise. Truly worth her weight in gold, Dreamer continues her training in good spirits and stands eager for a new adventure when the trailer comes out from around the corner.
Celtic Class
2002 OTTB 15.0H
Chloe joined the family in 2005 and continues to serve as the respected underdog of the barn. Petite and tiny as a young mare on the track, the racing career of ‘Steaming Anita’ was a short one. Even her pedigree barely describes this fiery little thoroughbred who ended up at a rescue in Pennsylvania before we adopted her. Now a reigning champion in the local jumper arena and always the one to investigate what a human is doing nearby, Chloe has developed into a challenging competitor and enthusiastic ride.
She has competed and been actively involved in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Trails & Obstacles, Low Cross Country, Fox Hunting, Beach Riding, and more over the years with the opportunities that arise. Nicknamed the ‘Special One’, Chloe continues giving us her best performance and attitude when requested.
Dark Delight
2003 OTTB 15.3H
Mocha joined the family in 2006 and continues to serve as the respective strength of the barn. Passionate and determined, the racing career of ‘Mad About Fontaine’ was cut short due to unknown reasons that landed her at a rescue in Pennsylvania [same as Chloe] before we adopted her. We assume that her medical condition with a floating bone chip in her front right knee is directly related to a fall or injury during training or a race that ended her career. The bone chip occasionally made her uncomfortable in training during her first few years with us in which each case noticed was followed with more time off and veterinarian follow-up. Even with the occasional lameness, Mocha did not let her medical setback hinder her good spirits nor her dedication to her work. Several times a champion in the local hunter and jumper arena, Mocha has developed into a flashy competitor and a trusting partner.
She has competed [at a max cap of 3’ personally set by long-term precaution] and been actively involved in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Trails & Obstacles, Low Cross Country, Fox Hunting, Beach Riding, and more over the years with the opportunities that arise. Beloved by many, Mocha continues to stay strong and loving despite her handicap and she is actually becoming more sound as the years go on.
